The 8g (3mm) ring is a lot more comfortable, not that the 10g was uncomfortable but now and again it pinched a little on the exit hole especially when I lay on it in bed. The 8g gives me absolutely no pain whatsoever and is a joy to have in. I love the added thickness, it looks chunkier and that is the look I like. I think I’m addicted to stretching up as I’ve already bough a 6g (4mm) ring.
